We accept returns on any new and unused item within 7-10 days.  If any tags have been removed we may be unable to process a refund.

You will be given a refund via the original payment method and this will be processed within 7 days. It is your responsibility to cover the postage cost of returning your product .

Products must be returned in the original packaging and include in your package , the delivery note/returns slip completed detailing the reasons for return.  

We offer a 12 month warranty period from the date of purchase in the instance of an obvious material or manufacturing defect, please don't hesitate to contact us regarding our warranty policies.
